Cancellation Policy

Because of our fast turnaround, we process jobs as soon as we receive them. If you need to cancel a job that has been submitted, you must speak directly to a Hipfish Enterprises employee; you may not email or leave a voice mail for cancelling an order. If the job has not been plated and scheduled for production we will be happy to cancel your order. However if plates have been made, you will be responsible for full payment. We recommend that you take special care checking your job to make sure it's correct, before placing your order.

Hipfish Enterprises takes no responsibility for errors overlooked by the client.

COLOURS: Beware! The colours you see on your computer monitor are not likely to be what you get from print.
Computer monitors, domestic scanners and domestic printers use Red, Green, and Blue (RGB). Commercial printers use different colours: CMYK. Different monitors and printers will output colours differently. Any files that you supply for printing must be in CMYK mode. There may be variation in the colour you see displayed on your screen or from a printed proof to the final printed product you receive. Hipfish Enterprises takes no responsibility for this. Clients can visit the Hipfish office to manually select colours from a colour code guide in order to achieve a closer colour match however, this will incur a fee to cover time.

Complaints?

If you are not happy with your job, lodge your claim via our after sales support. Alternatively you can send us 100 - 200 samples of your print job so we can find out what went wrong. If we deem the problem a manufacturing defect, we will be more than happy to reprint your job. However Hipfish will not be responsible for design flaws, including but not limited to, typos, resolution issue / not enough bleed for cutting. Hipfish has the right to decide what is and what is not a manufacturing defect.

The liability of Hipfish Enterprises for a breach of a condition or warranty implied by law and which cannot be excluded, is limited, to the extent possible, at Hipfish Enterprises' option, to:
a. the supply of the goods or services again; or
b. the repair of the goods; or
c. the payment of the cost of having the goods or services supplied again or repaired.

Virus warning

Hipfish Enterprises does not represent or warrant that any files obtained from or through this Website, all are free from computer viruses or other defects, including trojan horses and worms. Any such files are provided, and may only be used, on the basis that the user of such files assumes all responsibility for any loss, damage or consequence resulting directly or indirectly from use of those files.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Hipfish Enterprises, its directors, officers and employees, harmless from any and all liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, related to any breach of these Conditions of Use by you, or (to the extent permitted by law) in connection with your use of this Website or the placement or transmission of any Material on this Website by you.

Hipfish reserves the sole right to either change, modify, delete or add any Material on the Website or discontinue your access to the Website including any features on it at any time with or without notice to you. Hipfish is not liable to you or to any third party should it exercise such right. You do not acquire any license, ownership or other rights to the Materials supplied to you by Hipfish Enterprises. Modification of the Materials is a violation of Hipfish Enterprises's copyright, trademark, intellectual property rights and other proprietary rights and may violate other laws.

REPRODUCTION OF WORK

One-time reproduction rights for the specified project, at the agreed fee, are granted to the client. Any other usage must be negotiated. Hipfish Enterprises retains all reproduction rights on the copyrighted work. The work may not be reproduced in any form without consent from Hipfish Enterprises. Hipfish Enterprises retains rights to use the completed project and any preliminary designs for the purpose of design competitions, future publications on design, educational purposes and the marketing of the designer's business. Where applicable the client will be given any necessary credit for usage of the project elements.
